Watched this film with my girl and she thought what Chris Pratt did was equivalent to rape, i.e. woke her up without consent so he could smash.

they lived out a full life and died on the ship after repairing the reactor which was about to explode and planted some trees and shyt on board and the rest of the crew discovered it after waking up 90 years later

fukked up yea but rape? Nah can't agree with that. What he did was fukked up and he smashed under false pretenses but he didnt force himself upon her. He manipulated the situation to be with her and he was lonely as hell after waking up and being alone for about a year. He almost went insane. Like I said I don't agree with what he did but he didn't rape her and they ultimately ended up saving the entire crew. If not they all would've died.

All things considered if he didn't wake her up the ship would have exploded WITHOUT her help so in a twisted fukked up way they saved everyone on the ship and themselves.... I mean I understood why she flipped her shyt because once you opened the pod you couldn't go back into stasis which was bullshyt... but hey...
