no but I provided IT support for a department who had a black boss - my actual boss was located in another state - but what a time that was to be alive .....DAILY fckery...of course he abused his power, hired his peoples, fcked the hoes in the dept., fired dudes who tried to get at his broads or made him look bad in front of his broads, clowned on everybody - the daily roasting sessions we had were CLASSIC - I was always able to GO IN on homie with no worries because he didn't have the power to fire me....awesome times man! I miss that dude for real for real

I don't even remember shyt about the interview but I remember they called me like 10 mins after I got home from the interview and offered me the job

I left that company a year and a half later for 2x the money elsewhere.

Heard through the grapevine that brother got laid off like a year later.

Called him up that same day and offered him a gig at the company I moved to.

He didn't get it though but was grateful that I looked out for him.

I had two black bosses in a row. First I was promoted after my first black boss moved on, then his boss was black who I reported to after being promoted. My second boss was a very smart dude and probably will be the head of the entire division I was under at the time. My first boss was also a smart dude and more down to earth.

I've worked under a few. When I was in college I worked as a security guard working 11P-7A so I didn't have to deal with him much. Only time we had to deal with him was when something bad happened or someone messed up. Usually if someone messed up was because they slept on the job. He was a former Army Ranger so he still had that type of military mindset but if you did your job he didn't bother you.

My current manager is a black woman and she is cool. She looks out for everyone and is always in a good mood.

Worked for a bunch of middle aged black women when I worked for the GOVT. I hated the job but the chicks liked me cause I was young and in shape and flirted with their asses.

When I was in college I was a cashier at a dept store and the manager was this middle aged black dude that looked like a young Sam L Jackson the one from Coming to America and the ast.manager was this black chick I used to bang. That old hating ass dude could never prove I was hitting the ast manager so he used to talk shyt about her to me to see my reaction cause that thirsty nikka wanted to hit bad. This dude was in his 40's managing a discount store in the mall, talking about how he had all the ladies. The day I quit he was so mad he tore up my "employee file" in front of me saying that once I leave I will never work in that chain again! Oh dont worry about that I'm good.

Dude was a fukking failure and hated seeing young brothers moving past him.
