LOL Muhfukkas play them EVERY DAY no joke.

People probably didn't realize that Rodney O and Joe Cooley helped Uncle Luke which led to 2 Live Crew....even went as far as sampling their music too.

before they changed their format and expanded it to " shyt that was hot atleast 7 years ago...not just 90's and late 80's stuff" You Dont Hear Me tho came on like 5 times a do.

i'm still waiting on that Toddy Tee Batteram tho.

I heard Batterram over the weekend on KDAY actually.

Even though they've added some shyt like Curly's GRODT singles and some Nelly into the rotation station is still the truth.

These guys used to get a lot of radio play in the Bay back in the day.
I purchased one of their albums off the strength of this song:

Looking back, shyt is corny how they tried to switch it up to reflect NWA's style. Rodney O going for that Eazy-E look.
Anyway, I returned that cd cause the shyt had like 3 good songs.

Now you got me thinking. :ohhh: Back in the day Russ Parr was at the station in Dallas. Was he connected to Rodney O And Joe Cooley? I know he came from Cali and was down with NWA.

This is when I first heard of them. I walked in the record store one day and saw this album. I immediately thought, "who the fukk are these guys...?". I think this was their 4th or 5th album at the time and I didn't even know they existed until seeing this tape. But decades later I caught on and thought they made some dope music.
