What I wont ever ever ever ever do again is the fried rib. Now if they were to boil the ribs to make em tender before they fried it, it may have been ok. But like they were they were tough and flavorless.
Fried rib has to be done right because that rib meat can get tough.
I still mess with the ol' favorites, too, though. Funnel cake, powdered and granulated sugar (no extras) is always a must for me.
