Y'all got any car recommendations?

I'm looking to get a newer car by the end of the year

Right now I'm considering Lexus IS 350, Jaguar F Pace / XE, Dodge Charger, Acura TLX, and Honda Accord.

I know these models vary and that's because although I'm not exactly sure how much I'll be bringing home each month (I'll be starting in the ICU next month), I know I'm gonna test drive each. I live in Philly where the streets are awful and the weather varies (may or may not be a harsh winter). I'm also not trying to spend more than 30k.
