Its not the doctors. Its the test.

The test they use to declare if someone is HIV positive is flawed. Its essentially a false positive everytime because HIV is totally harmless. Its an inert virus that has been in humans for millenia. Just think about it.

Why are more black people arrested for drugs than whites? Its cause the police only go into black community.

Same thing with HIV. They put these fraudulent false positive tests in black areas.
