no bammer weed what do you think of mbdtf?

LOL, you noticed I stopped at 808. Yeah, Kanye aint the same artist he was in his prime, but no artist ever maintains those heights forever. Everyone falls off eventually if they hang around. I thought MBDTF was alright and had its moments. Kanye is good for some slaps nowadays, but hes not the automatic excellence he was last decade.

You can appreciate what he's brought to the game without worshiping him. OP is the reason why kanye catches hate, overrated drama queen fakkit with fakkit stans.

i've never seen a real nikka salute kanye in my life.

I got love for KanYe but all the hate he gets he mostly brought on himself. If he were more humble he wouldn't have as much hate. I loved the Kanye just trying to make it in the late 90's and early 2000's. After KanYe made it he changed and not for the better. He was so humble during "College Dropout" after that album "Arrogant Kanye" was born and he never looked back.

:whoa: I like your thread but MBDTF is Kanye's most critically acclaimed album and arguably his best. That album single handedly brought back Kanye, if he had put out anything different it would have been a failure.

I'm a big Kanye fan but his output quality has declined since Watch the Throne. Cruel Summer had a few clever hits but was overall lackluster. He is getting repetitive. I don't have high hopes for his next full solo album. Which is fine when you think about it he released 5/6 essential albums in a row, good enough for any career.

nobody disputes his CD-G run. LR is a personal favorite. I even like 808s, and kinda enjoy MBDTF, but this dude aint the same no more. alll he does is attention whore and if thats all you have to offer that i'm not interested. it's like he only does stuff to stir up contrversy.

i'm not with that. so fukk kanye west and anyone who love em :pacspit:

Dude's had a big mouth and has been an arrogant a$$hole his entire career. nikkas who believe that Kanye has changed at all from when he first got in the game havent been on him for long. He's NEVER been a humble guy.

Get it together, maufukkas! We're talking about black music royalty and a living legend here, people.

Kanye's albums, from CD to 808, might be the most remarkable run of any black artist in music history. He gave us sht to step to, powerful, and deep records, and everything in between. All falls down --- where he pinpoints black folk's collective lust for materialism, and his own, having derived from a need to win our pride back from centuries of abuse and racism, is one of the more poignant observations I have ever heard in music. He nailed the black experience in America to a tee.

We get to enjoy all of the bomb ass production he is responsible for, having popularized, I think, the best producing trend hip hop has seen --- the sped up soul sample. His discography speaks for itself.

My niqqa didnt come up in the game by french kissing his "daddy", or starring in some lame kids show in Canada. He came up thru the golden era, battling legendary MC's in their prime and paying dues.

Im tired of hearing he's a faq because hes into fashion. Black America should be grateful to Kanye for helping us get out of the 135 pound niqqa wearing size 44 jeans, and a triple xxxl throwback, style, which had niqqas looking like walking billboards for the prison industrial complex. Black style has never been fresher today.

His personal life and wifing up smuts? His business. Who cares. Listen up, niglets!!!! Ya'll did the same sht to Michael. Ya'll pissed on him and shtted on his name while he was alive, and then when he passed its: "OH NO OUR BLACK KANG IS GONE!!!" Stop playing necrophila and only appreciating the dead.

This niqqa gave us arguably the best hip hop song ever recorded (through the wire), and is responsible for enough classic records and albums to last us a lifetime. When Bush shtted on Black America during the hurricane katrina debacle, who took it to his chest? It wasnt niqqas like 50 cent, Ill tell you that. I dont care if you like the niqqa. Respect him.
