This is not very impressive. Even for the ignant hood rap category, the word play is 'meh' at best, if you compare this with someone like Young Dolph who says mad ignant shyt.. he has more lines that make you go 'nice'
FLOW
This is where this dude in my expectation was going to be great, I mean there's this thread on him and some people in here are pumping him up pause (non-Harlemites only) - but fukk.. his flow is basic AF. There's also no change to the rhythm, it's THE SAME FLOW every 4 bars. And since the Lyrics are 'ok' at best... that's not good. No sing along stuff, no change in cadence, no change in flow.
POTENTIAL/PERSONALITY
He may have a fun personality (Dancing without a shirt, looking funny) but his potential seems limited. It's like the potential of the best homie on Nipsey Hussle's crew. This is being proven by that there's not that much difference between him and the other rapper on his song, Drego. They're kind of on the same level. Since their content is 2-steps more hood than e.g. Rick Ross, who in the eyes of most people makes 'aggressive content', their appeal may be more limited than someone like him or Fab, French Montana (and I mean French pre the Drake sounding shyt)
It sounds overall dope, especially the beat is dope, but there's a lot of work to be done imo
