First i called in and with hopes to talk to a live person and get my shyt sorted out but i ended up getting the run around from two dudes before having to deal with a loud ass female on the line. Didn't raise my voice just asked some relevant questions to my situation and i a get is "

i just called that number and he give me your number

I called later when i was less steamed and got the automated service, Hal9000 was friendly as fukk! Dude was thanking me and shyt, apologized for putting me on hold for 30 seconds even had some bossa nova playing in the background, i fukked up and pressed 0 by mistake
