I just had a FB with this chick and she says Blacks need a leader, and my argument is Blacks need to lead themselves and operate under a common code of conduct. She brings up other groups, and I ask her to name their leader and she dances around the question.

So I raise the question, are you mofos really this scary that you need a damn leader in order to wake up and make stuff happen for yourself and community?

Christ I thought this mentality would die with our parents gen.

exactly. I`m like we have had so called leaders for 100+ years and still have not advanced. Man We gotta start tossing folks to the bushes. We can't spend time debating anymore, when you see someone isn't about Group Economics and living under a Code of Conduct to strive for Black Excellence we gotta toss em to the bushes and keep em moving. I think when we spot an idiot, by nature we like to flex our muscles and make them look dumb, but the simple fact is you can't convince an idiot they are dumb, so we end up wasting our time on a lost cause. I just hate we have people like this passing this slave mentality on to their kids.

In reality most were scared and docile while the brave against all odds made some moves. But, it wasn't a success so now we live in this lie that is a post racial society which makes it harder to make moves on a mass scale. The good news is we can make an exclusive culture of creatives and producers. The name of the game for me is to monetize EVERYTHING. Buy black and sell to everyone. Monetize your talent. Buy resources. Try and get a circle in your community going and eat.

exactly, but even then I dont even view these people as eventual employees of future business because many of them are just extremely short sited and have a cancerous mentality, strictly consumers.

I feel you have more room to be defeated when you put all your energy behind one person opposed to EVERYONE working to build. Because you take out a leader and the movement dies, if everyone is on their ish then you take away one person and the millions of others continue with business as usual.
