Person wants to get out of jail.

Bails bonds pays that fee for them to get out .

They basically sign thier life and property away the second they take that money from the bails bondsman.

If they go to court and pay it's all good

If they dont, the bailsman has to pay all that money , so they start kicking doors to anybody who signed thier rights away.

Bounty Hunters have a law enforcement license that's issued by the state. Think of them as cops who aren't officially cops.
