Being vegan doesn't automatically mean you're skinny. There are vegan replacements for literally every junk food, which generally aren't meant to be any less fattening. Veganism is not just for weight loss. You can be vegan for the environment, to reduce animal suffering, to improve another non-obesity health issue, or because you simply don't like animal products.
