Yeah u can, but u might have to get lucky. A lot of these type of attacks have been foiled, or so they say. I honestly don't know what we can do or how we fight these people. We drop all these bombs and they still breed like rabbits. Are we even killing these dudes?

But the type of networks and logistics required to do what happened in Paris is orders of magnitude worse than anything done since.

Mind you, if that bomb had gone off IN the stadium, we'd be looking at a whole new set of options here.
