Cavs without Kyrie still beat Celtics without Kyrie, so not really

Without Kyrie & Hayward*

And Kyrie would’ve been stuck in Cleveland once LeBron ran off to LA, but instead he gets to play for an elite team, so yeah I don’t think he regrets anything :ehh:

The same elite team that rumors say hes tryna move on from again? :jbhmm:

To go play on a less talented squad where he can be The Guy (like Cleveland)? :jbhmm:

TYRONE GA!
Brad Stevens is the leader in Boston. If he wants to win, he stays, if he wants to maximize his income, he goes to NY. Honestly, he makes Boston better, but Tatum and Brown are about to take-off, Rozier can run the offense at a high level. He has convinced me that he is the best ball handler of this generation, maybe all time, so he can bring that with him wherever he goes, we would still be a top their team

Does Ainge give him 40 mill?

Rumors coming from non-credible sources

And he is the guy in Boston. Don’t think anybody who disputes that actually watches the team play, he is the clear #1, and that won’t change this season.

Furthermore, the fact remains that he’s in a much better spot than he would’ve been if he didn’t force a trade :skip:

That's the point I'm making, breh. What kind of spot does he actually want to be in? The talk in this thread is hes trying to be in a place that basically would be shyt without him where hes unquestionably the man. Of course Boston is the best spot to compete and win but it's definitely not that former description, as a deep young team that just went to the ECF without him and plenty of national people questioning who's really the best player and leader on the team. The rumors aren't just outta thin air, this Kyrie to the Knicks talk has been persistent and he didn't do much to shut them down with his "we'll see what happens" responses awhile ago. :manny:

This whole Kyrie to NY talk got ignited because of a Cavs beatwriter bringing up shyt that Kyrie was saying about NY when he was in Cleveland. Reporter said that he didn’t know how Kyrie felt now. Then all of a sudden all these people got the inside scoop.

If Kevin Knox pans out and the Knicks sign Butler to go along with Porzingis, you think they’re gonna need Kyrie to be good? :stopitslime:

I bet, out of all the players in the league, Kyrie has as good a chance as the other top 5-7. Danny LOVES his point guards like no other. I honestly see him letting Kyrie walk if he wants, but offering him the money, but not trying too hard.
I think IT honestly gets like half a max (which is probably still leagues more than he’s worth) if he doesn’t get hurt. Ainge liked him a lot...maybe not like 38m type money but a lot
