My face looking rough breh

I have these small cluster of holes on both sides of my nose, i think they are enlarged pores. I've read toner is supposed to get rid of this?

Help me out...

Am i going to have to sleep in a head wrap and a mask?... fukk it, i'll do it if i can shrink these pores.

Clean and Clear exfoliating scrub, clean and clear morning burst, and witch hazel toner. I moisturize with cocoa butter mixed with a small amount of coconut oil. I do an aztec clay mask a few times a month. Im big on skin care, grooming, nails, hygiene etc. More men need to take that shyt serious.

Also replace coffee and sodas with water instead.
