Can we do it? I had an idea back in the day on another forum, some people vibed with it. But basically the way I proposed to do it, is 3 random songs and we cut them up from scratch that means sample a kick, snare, high hat --no using your own drums and no playing keys over/under the sample. That seemed like something for real producers but some people said its too hard. So I was like ok 3 songs use your own drums kits and shyt, then they tried to get all bourgeois and say "Sometimes I use 3-6 samples per song this is stupid" I just thought it would be cool if we all used the same tools from our toolbox and came up with different songs. Like if I have an mpc, and you have one and we use say the same kick, snare, high hat, clap (or have the option to use them and choose not to) the same 2-3 samples for beat/melody and cut it up, and even used some of the effects from the mpc (if you got'em) anyway you slice it youd have 3 different songs. Some people just didnt understand it and the thread died after like 17 pages.

Just do like Future producers does. Someone finds a sample and flips it, and post it.
But I think we should have it someone picks a sample every sunday night. then through out the week everyone post there flips in the thread for feedback.
