Yeah obviously there's an issue but at the same time these police ain't shyt. They don't wanna do the extra paperwork and now I'm seeing some female police officer and her higher ups blaming cell phones.

She claims she was being recorded and that's why she didn't pull her gun and she ended up getting her head smashed. So is the only way they can deal with a situation is by shooting the suspect? What happened to spray and self-defense techniques and hand to hand trainings?

I watched it. It was heartbreaking to watch that girl cry in the streets after watching someone she knew die.

The part about the police doing less stops and less policing (based on stats) out of fear is interesting. I think they are scared because they want to go home to their families, but they also don't care enough about the neighborhoods so they let the problems persist.

Police officers are in a lose lose situation. At the end of the day they need to do whatever to get home at night, and not accept any extra risk to their lives.

Yeah it was the worst year in 18 years, no denying that but police are never held accountable, it's really amazing. The part with the female cop is something that stuck out to me. They are in a fear of being prosecuted.

Why? It's not like there's ever a guilty verdict. They are the most protected people on the planet. We have officers killing folks on tape and still nothing comes of it. Police are too scared to do their job?

No, they are not properly trained or are just plain racist.

Civil liberties might get violated, harassment n shyt but if u wanna get violence down, these are the steps.

Also the need to start a unit dedicated to social mediaThese nikkas snitch on themselves..
