I get that... .but I consider that a reach as well... Those women were drugged or under the influence, so they couldn't give consent one way or the other.... the T-Shirt is calling out people "who consciously choose" to remain silent as they watch these events unfold....

I can see that T shirt applying to a rape if someone witnessed it but chose not to report it........ but that's the same principle...

Yes. Verbal consent is a terrible metric anyway. For instance she could say "yes" but later if she wants to accuse you of rape she can change her story and say she never said yes at any time

It's like getting in a car. If you were tied up or forced to get in a car and go somewhere you could say that was kidnapping. If you willingly get in the car and showed no signs of struggle then you can't say you were kidnapped.
