Like I said, if he felt like his life was on the line he should have killed Mo3 himself...that way the emotional aspect could be argued by his attorney.



All the state has to say is "why didn't you involve the police after any of the 3 alleged attempts on your life?"



His defense would have to argue not going to the police along with the premeditated aspect of a murder for hire.

My brother, why do you think some of the best lawyers in the world advocate for their clients to plea in federal cases? Federal prosecution works on a different level than anywhere in the private sector, anyone with any experience studying the field can attest to that.

Of the cases that make it to trial, the overwhelming majority are convictions so if they get you under pressure before the trial or afterwards, you're still an anomaly.

If everyone took it to trial ,the conviction rates would drop dramatically both at the state and federal level. The govt cant handle that many trials, and lawyers are greedy and coercing their clients into plea deals. An innocent person can look very guilty do to circumstantial evidence that doesn't actually prove anything , and a guilty person can create enough reasonable doubt to win a trial ,ie oj.

I didn't say it would be simple but the only defense he can have, if they have his wire transfers and phone calls affirming his involvement, the only defense he can have is that he feared for his life because 3 was a man who repeatedly made attempts on his life...
