If everyone took it to trial ,the conviction rates would drop dramatically both at the state and federal level. The govt cant handle that many trials, and lawyers are greedy and coercing their clients into plea deals. An innocent person can look very guilty do to circumstantial evidence that doesn't actually prove anything , and a guilty person can create enough reasonable doubt to win a trial ,ie oj.

We're arguing 2 very different things. You're referencing hypotheticals and wishes (could, should, would) and I'm speaking on what is, what is most likely based on decades of evidence. When people get paid based on how much work they can wring out of you say fucck it, let's take a shortcut that speaks for itself. The game is not and has never been fair, you walk into any trial at a deficit. You walk into a federal trial at an even greater one from the time they finalize the paperwork.

People shouldn't get yoked up by Uncle Sam every year, in many cases, for reasonable and legitimate things but everyone knows the IRS is going to get whatever bread they feel like they're entitled to. Are there exemptions? Sure but they're just that.

Thinking you're going to beat the people who designed the game and change the rules to suit them on a regular basis is nasty work.

The only way this could’ve went in yella favor is if only MO3 ran on him personally and he did the work. But that’s far from what happen…. He paid some sloppy nikkas to do a sloppy job… for the people that don’t know they ran down on MO on one of the busiest highways in the country in rush hr traffic. His only defense is he was paying his friend for other services and that his friend was acting on his own accord. The fearing for his life could only be a defense if beezy was the shooter. Now he might get a lower sentence if the judge feels it wasn't cold blooded murder ,they may accept a plea for a lesser charge
