YG's "My crazy life" is the street version of Kendrick's "Madd City"

and I say that as a compliment to Kendrick. YG's album is the street/gangbanger version of it. Very well executed by YG..

The West Coast is starting to make some noise. with help from air and radio they could dethrone the South by New Years 2016. a lot of that will ride on Kendrick's 2nd album to create the energy for the West Coast to have the game back again.

I agree, its a lot more simple and to the point but it is like a lil darker side of the same city..

Also both albums are well put together and sequenced very well.

I still prefer GKMC but YG leapfrogged a bunch of other rappers with this album...

Nothing I said is directly comparing the two. I said if you listen to both albums side by side you get an idea of both sides of the story, which you do.

YG had a story to tell, the album flows as a day in the life if you listen to the whole thing. He goes from hanging out to be talking into a robery to going to jail and having his friend call his momma to apologize to him saying sorry...
