A fifteen year-old singer has filed suit against Lil Wayne and his Young Money label in order to get out of his contract. TMZ reports that Torion Sellers has filed suit asking a court to let him jump ship.
According to the suit, Torion was signed to Young Money by Wayne when he was thirteen and promised to record and release an album by spring of 2012. No album has yet been released, and now Torian claims that not only has he been abandoned but that Young Money screwed up his contract by failing to get court approval for a child-binding contract.
Torian believes he will be able to sign with another label due to his talent but that he can't until his Young Money contract is invalidated.
