OK your situation is moderate risk but nothing major. Keep the weed at 1oz. or below and make sure there are no more than 5-6 white girls at any parties you throw unless there's a bunch of White men as well.
The fact that basically all brehs you affiliate with are enrolled in Uni will help you build a discrimination case.
If a couple of yall get hemmed up on multiple occasions I'd say the 6th time you got a potential class action lawsuit on your hands. So preferably yall all get taken downtown or wherever at least once (each time a different person) for some BS in a calendar year.
Make sure to DOCUMENT everything get the officer's name, badge number, time of arrest and accused charge. Roll in packs never alone. So that a homie can handle things while one is being processed.
Form a bail pool each put $20 a week or whatever yall can towards bail money. Each week you got $100 bucks in 10 weeks you got $1k. In about a year you got $5k cash which is 10% down bail for your average felony accusation.
Go into the city tomorrow or during this week find a Black lawyer if you can that can provide a student discount. Get a free initial consultation tell him what's going on and Officer Bob keeps targeting yall.
If he's nice he'll send a letter to the department as well as the Uni if campus security is involved and get them to back off.
Are your house parties real loud or real late? I would say have parties in the late afternoon if possible and shut that shyt down by 11pm.
The more you document, pool money, show them yall operate in solidarity and are serious the more these CACs will back off and stop harassing you.
No internal conflict none of that allowed. You all need to be down for each other. One for all and all for one. None of that every man for himself selfish bullshyt mentality like we got here on the Coli.
