I don't know why that makes levy NOT a good lawyer. The fact that he knew to keep Herc around based on his past, and knew how to use that to his advantage for marlo MAKES him a good lawyer.

It doesn't really matter how, HE got marlo stanfield, criminal conspiritor, murderer, drug boss, violent sociopath off of any jail time...he just..walked.
