I'ma have to give you props for buying the album to check it out. But I'ma have to disagree with you on a few points.

His whole style isn't like Em, but I can see what you're talking about. He has the tendency to switch flows and emphasizing throughout the song, sounding angry as fukk for a bar or two. But as far as flowing and rhyme schemes and subject matter shyt like that, Q has a style pretty much all his own. Q pretty much has a talking flow, which helps him change tones for emphasis.

An example of this is in the following song, "thinking of some bullshyt to tell him...like it'll be ok...you'll be straight it'll be alright...fukk THAT shyt whatever you need YO I GOT IT, whether it's money, or some weed, or putting in work, fukk IT THEN I'M RIDING", basically having a conversation with his homie

What I like about the album is how it changes pace the whole time. I already mentioned how he can switch up flows in songs, but the album provides a bunch of extremes that blend well together. On an iPod, I would never choose a song like "Sexting" by itself (gets too hype, and I feel like there should be disco lights) but then the hangover from the song flows greatly into "Grooveline". Only a few songs are regular enough to be your favorite song, but they alll work real well together.

If you feel like listening to the album again, I suggest doing it front to back and looking at it as a whole

Really?

There's only a few from there I can't listen to and that's because I bumped this damn near every month of 2012.

Looking forward to his next album with a fiend's intensity.
