He's flashed his potential throughout the summer league and preseason . 14.4 ppg in the summer league, and 30 points combined in the last two games :ld:

threw down a sick alley oop :ld:

As a badger fan, I never thought of him as a future superstar. He never fit in Bo Ryan's system, and so he wasn't a major scoring threat until the 2015 tournament.

But he has NBA quality athleticism, and in the past has shown perimeter shooting potential. He averaged 40% percent from beyond the arch his freshman year. Dude regressed after that, either because he wasn't clicking with Bo Ryan's playing style, or because of his flashy shooting mechanics (he arcs the ball incredibly high).

Now he's on a team fluent with high tempo transition ball, and his numbers are showing .
Im predicting 10-12 ppg. He's gonna surprise a lot of fans this year :myman:

rocket's will trade or lose him somehow...they recently keep drafting athletic white boys who don't do anything for them in the long run. budinger, then parsons, now dekker, maybe tyler lydon will be the next one

And the only highlight is a fukking alley oop that showed more about Eric Gordon's long range passing ability than any skill Dekker may have shown.:francis:

Im a wisconsin fan, we rare have serious NBA talent, so seeing this dude playing as even a backup 4 would be :banderas:

No one else really gives a shyt:ld: fair enough

I still think his ceiling is higher then he is given credit for. He has solid athleticism and latent shooting potential

If Dekker starts hitting 3's... Dude could become a versatile 6th man, possibly a starter in a couple years
