It's entirely possible he doesn't even exist. It's not hard to get an A.I. generated profile picture.

Just saw your comment, yeah, it becomes easy to spot people pulling from those generations. Like I said, the eyes are always messed up and the backgrounds are similar, not sure if that was intentional by the developer to prevent people from exploiting it, but it does allow us to spot these fake profiles. I typically see the generations in scam emails, but on twitter there are so many weird political profiles with fake pictures, or just pictures stolen from other people.
Either mentally unstable individuals are going around with these accounts, or it's part of a bot program designed to go around spreading disinformation.

When you consider just how goofy the average person is today, imagine when those AI generations, both audio and visually, become indistinguishable from reality and it's easily accessible by the public? Dudes could generate an entire family, friends, and associates, in an instant and use that to spin conspiracy. shyt will get scary fast.
