Y'all are chillin one night and after having dinner she decides to run to the store to pick up some dessert real quick and then you plan to beat it up until the sun rises.

On the way to the store she gets into a horrible car accident and is now confined to a wheelchair for the rest of her life.

Edit: You should have made her a qudrapalegic that is confined to the bed for the rest of her life. A wheel chair is nothing. She can still take care of kids, talk,laugh, sex, cook, clean, work, and etc.

Why wouldn't I be? For the most part, these type of debilitating injuries don't mess with the working pipes down under, if you get my drift. I might have to do a lil more work, but action will still be had in this marriage.
