If I get an email in anything other than arial, times new roman or calabri, I immediately assume there is something a little off about the person. Maybe they think they are artistic, maybe they think regular fonts can't really represent the complex individual they are. Maybe they simply think they are too unique for a default typeface. Regardless, I think it's a good sign someone is a little off.
