I grew up a NYC hip hop head from 01-05 and was highly disappointed at what it turned into after 06.
Mims kicked off the fugazi in early 2007 with "This is why I'm hot" smh
This period of rap is when I had to listen to other genres. My peers loved this shyt tho. I was like yall obviously don't have older siblings that put yall onto good music because wtf is this.
