Do I physically have to find the random child somewhere in the world and kill them with my bare hands?

Or do they just get murdered automatically by a genie or some shyt?

What about all the non-moral consequences that come from murdering kid like going to prison, or getting killed myself?

You just have to kill them. You got the resources to choose any way so it can be non painful or whatever method you decide.

No consequences. Society was presented with this option and you were chose at random choose to make the decision. There will be no legal consequences from the decision no matter what is chosen.
