Yea one of my daughter’s friends did this for their bday back when Black Panther 2 was out. The girls pops told me they rented out the theater and was gonna take care of all the snacks

So I invited myself too

I sat way in the back by myself with one of those jumbo sized popcorn and sodas. But I fell asleep with the popcorn in my arms about half way thru

Thinking about it, I'm not surprised, at least if they was the price at mines.

When I go to the AMC in our town the early showings there are usually only 10-15 people in a room, sometimes less. So I know they must have some empty ones not being used at all.
