Yes, you should watch his videos. Craig Monson was naturally big and lean, even before he went to San Quentin and after he came home.
From 14-33 Craig was big and lean, look at the video. It was in the 80's when he started working out in the gym they gave him steroids, unbeknownst to him. He got the steroids from this guy from Belize and he was mad they did not work for him. Craig was big and lean before the steroids.
