Why, I just try to help this guy get a job and his email on his application is asslover69? Should I tell this nikka to change that or throw it in the trash? I really don't rock with dude, just trying to help him out.

I stopped trying to put people on cause all it takes is one fukkup to screw up your credibility.
Even though my man said I did a good job, I hate that he put me on to my most lucrative job ever and it didnt work out. Everyone including the managers knew I was hauling ass trying to learn everything so i wouldnt reflect poorly on him. People need shytty lil minimum wage joints? Ok, i might be able to help out. Something that really earns? What I look like putting people on when im not fully on myself yet?

Ive put a couple folks on who turned out to be disasters. Then i was put on by my dude last year after their job had a very sudden departure on their billing team, and they brought me in hoping I would be knocking shyt out within a month. Turns out they had no training in place for me, and I had to learn myself. I lasted almost 5 months before throwing in the towel(they were gonna transfer me with a paycut. They liked me, so it was cool).so you're saying you put somebody on or somebody else put you on?
I just figure now that putting people on to real work can damage your reputation with certain folks, so you have to be careful, cause ive been on both sides.
