You couldn't be more wrong, which you already know but a couple things:
Kaepernick isn't signed but Peterman and lesser QBs are signed?
The national black Anthem is being played at NFL games you think that's just because? Or all the attention from Kaepernick and 2020 which Kaepernick touched on beforehand?
The kneeling started an action/movement no different from Rosa Parks from busing movement?
(contrary to popular belief, this was organized no different from SNCC sit ins) IS THAT BAR JUST AS LOW FOR ROSA AND THE SNCC?
He fukked it up too imo. Should’ve just gone to law school after the league. Now he’s a dude in his early 30s with nothing to do.

It’s been 5 years since he’s had a snap? What player you know could take 5 years off and still expect a job when he returned? And one who wasn’t an elite player to begin with?
The anthem is being played to placate black people. Just like the NBA had the BLM sponsored bubble playoffs two seasons ago. They only do symbolic gestures for black people. Nothing concrete that will actually bring progression for the community as a whole..
And Rosa Parks and the SNCC present what she did as an organized protest or pretend as if she was tired and couldn’t take it anymore? I don’t care about symbolic gestures. Where’s the plan for action? And I’m not looking to sports figures to take action on the behalf of me either. I’d advise them to get their money, take care of their families and help in ways they believe they can on their own time. With that said if they’re going to step in that ring then their words (or lack of words when it comes to Kap) and actions will be scrutinized.
All Kap did was start “protesting” once he was benched. He has NEVER said anything insightful or done anything to combat the issues he claimed to be about (I don’t count donating)... It’s a low bar when you start including him with civil rights leaders
