WCW had the ref cam in the early 90s, the concept of it has always been better than what you actually get with it due to how overall bad it looks 95% of the time.

I like the ramp connected to the ring. TNA just doesn't really use it in any way outside of Hernandez running down it to jump over the rope in almost every match he has. I think part of the reason they don't use it more is because they use steel & dudes would be getting hurt all the time bumping on it.
