Dont overestimate this chick, she is probably as insecure or more insecure than u think. The worst thing that can happen is she can just say, no thanks or i have a boyfriend. I would try the lie technique and walk by her and just ask where u know her from. Then introduce yourself casually like you r not interested and say see ya around. Then next time call her by her name and inch your way in, smile and be confident. Be confident and not sloppy and u may have a chance.
