You can make up for crappy running form when you're young, but every misstep is magnified when you get older and your joints from hip to ankle aren't as pliable anymore.
Remember: Butt kick to high knee to kick out and only make ground / floor contact with the balls of your feet. Open up your stride so you're not doing some jitterbug 5 step like homeboy who face-planted.
