I think he just means when you return (or punch back in) 1-3 minutes later than expected. A lot of managers will excuse or ignore that. Or you can say your computer fukked up and caused you to be a minute or two late.

I've taken a nap when working from home but only for like 20-30 minutes during an hour lunch break.

In my old role I would take a whole nap after eating (sh gave me the itis)

And I would always wake up right before my lunch was over. Hour lunch tho.
