You mean in his 2nd year? Seems like you had very high expectations for a 2nd year QB. I also don't think he was THAT bad. Dude was pretty good in the playoffs in year 2 and you're telling me he sucked and Tebow should take the reigns? Try being the least bit objective.

With all this said....you still want Tebow to start. :heh:

I think it's well documented that I had no expectations for Fez. Trust me, I'm not disappointed by how he's played. However, this is his 4th year. All of his peers are starting to leave him behind. He was a top 5 pick. He's still stuck in square 1.

Like I said, It's not that I think Tebow has a future or that he will lead us, but it seems like playing him is the only way they won't play Fez anymore, and for me, the outcome isn't potentially as bad as what I'm seeing. Tebow's not going anywhere. It sucks but nothing can be done about that. Something can still be done about Fez.

The Problem Is If We Do That, Knowing This Team, We're Starting Next Season With Tebow At QB

God Forbid We Throw Tebow In An He Has A Few More "Tebow Time" Games, It's A Wrap For Us, We Aint Seeing Another QB For The Next 3 Years

He's gonna be here regardless according to Woody, but I think the only person that has delusions of grandeur with Tebow IS Woody and not necessarily the coaching staff. If they did, he'd be out there all the time. If Tebow's the best they can do, Rex and co. might want someone new. They're too prideful to admit the same with Fez.

His peers have more to work with, though.

The Fez experiment is over with. I can't really say he was set up to succeed this year, though...no matter how bad he may be.

I have a bigger issue with the play calling today than I do with Sanchez.

He missed a wide open dude on a drive they still scored on. The int trying to throw to Hill was the worst mechanics I've ever seen on a deep throw.

Either way, Sparono really shyt the bed this game for me. Between the Jets insistence on making Shonn Greene an outlet receiver, not putting Tebow in on that third and short, calling a pass and telling Sanchez to take a sack prior to OT to force the Pats into using their timeouts, he really disgusted me today with his shyt play calling.

The Jets also need help on the right side.
