Yeah I've known for awhile the Patriot Way was mostly Brady after 2003 
People let the 2018 Rams Super Bowl skew their perception that Brady has been masking the issues with this team and Belichicks philosophy for awhile. Brady is also the locker room presence that's missing as well. HE is the one who got these guys to play, NOT Belichick.
If Brady was on this Patriots team in the PLAYOFFS, they would NEVER come out pathetic like this.
