Californ-i-a by way of BK
He acknowledged he got it from Verb if you actually listened to Lux's third verse.

"If you notice, I mentioned Verb in the other round
I’m guessin now, subconsciously, possibly, you probably cuz he favored this problem I had to step around
You remember that Holla beef? Where he checked a child
I’m bettin Cal and Hitman are stickman and you wear the wedding gown
All I’m sayin is y’all married, yo
The scenario, same death and style"

while Hitman did look kinda hurt, it didnt reduce him to to :to: like Lux did Cal.

no catchphrase like "get this work" either.

And of course, Lux looked like a preacher talking down on every thug nikka and deadbeat dad in america right there. Of course it's gonna cause a bigger reaction to non-battle rap fans. If Cal had less of a "my daddy gonna kill you" reaction on the stage, it wouldnt have caught on the way it did.

I MUCH prefer Verb sonning Hitman, though.
