While it gets hot af out here, you can still be active outdoors if go out early in the morning or when the suns down in the evening. Your AC bill spikes during the summer months but aside from that it’s not TOO bad. Especially when you consider that the rest of year is gravy and that the roads/sidewalks aren’t messed up from all the salt/weather erosion. It be like 60-70 degrees in the dead of winter out here and we seldom get rain. If you’re an active or outdoorsy person, it’s amazing. Summer can be rough for sure but still manageable
