All those silly isolation exercise machines in the gym are totally unneccesary. Same with almost every dumbell and barbell exercise there is. If you want to transform your body from flabby to ideal just utilize these 4 exercises:

1. Weighted Pull Ups
2. Weighted Dips
3. Weighted Push Ups
4. Weighted Squats

Obviously if you are a beginner you must first simply master your bodyweight. Then when you can do approximately 8-10 clean bodyweight pull ups you should start adding weight through progressive overload. Do that for these 4 exercises and in a couple of months you will see your body transform.

There is nothing better than weighted calisthenics when it comes to building muscle and losing fat. Its impossible to have an impressive weighted pull up or weighted dip without having an amazing looking physique. Compare that to all the pot belly dudes in the gym who have an impressive bench. Weighted calisthenics is 100% the way to go if you want to have the perfect physique.

You missed exercises that focus your lower back and core. So it's incomplete.

Maybe 20 mins of cardio too? To keep your heart healthy.

I usually train using a circuit method. I do every exercise one after the other for about 4 rounds. You won't need to worry about cardio if your exercises are intense and you don't take too many rest breaks. You'll be gasping for air like you ran a marathon training that way.

With that said, I also do lots of walking. But that's mostly outdoors when its sunny so I can get my requirement of Vitamin D.
