If you pay $100 a month on Insurance that’s 1200. Oil changes, registration, gas, upkeep. Yeah you’re gonna spend a few thousand a year on car even if it’s paid off.
Yall need to look into yall social security .gov retirement forecast. It gives you an estimate how much you can qualify for if you get disabled or take a early retirement/full retirement. Then you can look and add in your 401k payout and see how much you getting in total.
Tenants kids are older and it’s a Nigerian family, the father don’t play that shyt lol. Even if they did I learned how to fix most of the shyt in that house myself and if I can’t do it I have close family that can.
How many people are living in your house? We have 4 people in our house and our water bill is around $150 and our electricity/gas is about $200-250 depending on the weather. And it’s a 4000sqft+ house. And we work from home.
