As a song it was great...a dope, dope track....diss tracks get judged by more than just how good of a song they are though, so in that regard I'd have to say it was ineffective as a diss at the time...he was just in no position to mount a successful comeback at fif at that point...he got caught in one of the all time hoe moves in rap history with the G-Unit wiretapped conversation, followed up with 50 trapping in his paperwork to choke out whatever was left of his career....but in retrospect the song is even doper than i remembered...especially when you see how banks and yayo got tossed in the bushes and listen to that first verse today
