Pretty sure styles, owens, balor, joe, and zayn are ballin WAY harder now than in roh and njpw

Zayn is making nothing breh :russ:

Owens, Balor and AJ sure.. but how many spots like that are there. What Zayn makes a lot of it is going back on travel expenses and medical expenses and all types of shyt that WWE don't cover. Unless you can rise to upper midcard and sell a bunch of merch, they are better off on the indies.

Think about this. A guy like Zayn is making less in a year than midcard WCW talents were making 17 years ago. Plus, WWE travels more.

Today, sure. But the UPSIDE of wwe outweights the CEILING of the indys. That is unarguable. Its just that the bucks are AT THAT CEILING. You think michael bennett and adam cole Gtfoh
Hold up breh, how you know what ceiling the YBs are at and that they're capped out with how much they can make? You've seen their books or something? Everything under WWE is growing not shrinking so the market trend for them is upwards, not downwards or stagnant.

Michael Bennett and Adam Cole at BOLA, wtf? Thats a complete non-sequitur. I'm talking about how the YBs got a point that most of these indie dudes sign off their valuable intellectual property just for the CHANCE at an eventual big payday while taking a lowball ass deal for years.

YBs want the talent to stop being suckers and start moving like players...unless you were one of Vince's pet projects from jump it's better to make your name outside of WWE and come once you're physically approaching the end, so you can demand the most bread. AJ, Joe, Nakamura all did it and it got them to the top of the card with a fat payday.

WWE tried to get Balor for years. The year before he came, they supposedly pitched him as a tag team with Neville. His price went up with time. AJ was offered developmental level deals numerous times over the years. When Bullet Club caught on and WWE saw a need to raid, he cashed in and kept his name & character. When Punk went to OVW in 2005, WWE offered developmental deals to Bryan & Joe that were turned down. Young Bucks point is that don't take the first offer WWE gives you just to say you work for WWE.
But who are they talking about then? Who has done that? Is this a giant subliminal to hangman page?

You think michael bennett and adam cole, who have been in the indys forever, think if they just ROCK IT OUT at another bola they'll make more money than they could in wwe? Gtfoh

Cole might make it but Bennett is on the way out. They had next to no interest in him to begin with. They are probably hoping Maria leaves him lol. Guys like Roderick Strong have to hope they catch on as trainers because there's no future for them in WWE.

The guys who signed on after the Cruiserweight classic are miserable. Sabre Jr. and Kota Ibushi are laughing about it.

Just depends on who you are. The same you are saying the bucks are the ceiling in the indys and that not everyone can reach that can be said about the same in the WWE like not everyone is going to reach AJ Styles and KO ceiling. Sami Zayn ass is just as talented as those guys in the ring plus hes been there longer than both yet somehow this man can never make the main card on a summerslam and hes only been on one main card of Wrestlemania meanwhile dude is like top five in the ring in the WWE and on top of that he's been signed with WWE for about 4 or 5 years now right?

You telling me there can't be a upside better than the E if he was in the indys/roh/njpw right now?
Cody Rhodes ass was stardust and not amounting to shyt. Dude has been with the E since I was probably in middle school. He's made decent money in the E but you can't tell me this isn't the best years of his life leaving WWE right?
You think CJ Parker had benefits that out weighs the benefits of Juice Robinson?

Everyone is right to a certain extent tho. Bucks got a point of why work so fukking hard to scratch and claw in the E to just get on the main card when you can make a name for yourself in the indies that could probably get you a gigantic offer in the long run? Because my nikka pete dunne and tyler bate talented af yet somehow these nikkas are not being used to the fullest of their abilities getting maximum tv time, shyt at least a lot of nxt time. They should have saw that bate vs dunne match and realize that they should be on every take over. And on top of that aren't those guys getting minimum wage?

I just see both points.

Ehh not all the Indy people are superstars it's easy to look big in a pond

Booby Roode is an example of this when I watched TNA I was amazed by him but to see him in WWE he's just a little man

You are right though, if you make it in WWE then you have REALLY made it.. but it's tough. You aren't being pushed above Cena, Reigns, Brock, Braun level anytime soon. You aren't getting main event money. You have to hope that you somehow get a lot of TV time and your merch sells.

Enzo and Cass had it made but even then here comes creative to come along and fukk their money up.

Sasha's money is getting fukked up the way they been treating her. She should be a crossover star right now.

AJ Styles literally had to be the greatest wrestler in the world in order to bypass NXT and start making money right away and they still won't push him into the main event at WrestleMania where you're probably going to easily clear a million in a day. Luckily for AJ he's in a great spot like The Miz where they will always get time
