After flipping 16 Zips and shyttin' On The Industry with his latest mixtapes, Young Dolph is finally ready to deliver his debut album.

Nothing out of the ordinary, right? An artist drops a few mixtapes, kills a few features, and proceeds to follow up with their first album. We've seen it happen many times, but in this case, there might be a little more to it...

The title of Dolph's debut? King of Memphis—a name fellow Memphis native Yo Gotti has been running with for quite sometime. Now, obviously Gotti doesn't "own" the name, and this all could be a simple coincidence, but the fact that Dolph is dropping on the exactsame day as Gotti's The Art Of Hustle? It makes you wonder.

But I doubt if shyt pop off tho. D.J. Paul been claimed & earned the title (well, him and Juice). If anything, Dolph gonna have to go thru him.


But he probably already has becuz him and Juice cool behind the scenes; so he say.

I remember hearing 3 6 don't fukk with gotti. Think he said that shyt in one of his songs too.
Really Ive heard Memphis as a whole don't really fukk with gotti.

Ran into Dolph a few weeks ago and yes my coli brothers that nikka had atleast 20 young nikkas with him and they look like they with tha shytts!!! A couple memphis ogs was with him that night also

Gotti, Paul, and J really been goin at it from the jump. They were only cool for like 3 days foreal.


I know him and Pat always had respect for each other, as well as the rest of the whole Posse but I don't know much beyond the surface of that.

They squashed that shyt a few years ago (2-3) Gotti was talking that King Of Mtown shyt real heavy on twitter and Project Pat made the call and Gotti fell back ever since

Gotti and Paul got a song together that was on Gotti's artist Zedzilla mixtape where they both bragged about being the King

Him and Paul might've done a song after the fact but so have Gucci & Jeezy.


Paul's too rich and laidback for all that drama. But I wouldn't look too much into it
