yep, and they banned in our city.
I wouldn't trust them to raise it since he got a Red ear slider turtle about 10 years ago and now he's living in shytty fukking conditions(Breehs' aquarium is always fukking dirty they never feed him like I gotta buy food for the nikka or give him food when im making breafkeast in the morning cuz he's always near the glass and shyt)

Now he can't take care of his own turtle, but expects to raise a pit as a first dog?
