This happened at my job years ago....me and other senior associates felt like we should have more say so in the day to day operation bc we was making the money
so we staged a meeting with managers- one of the dudes was barking and he went home- we just chilled and did nothing at work
what came of it...not a damn thing
the owner said he was disappointed and dont pull that stunt again
but the youngins and bytches thought we was gangsta for at least taking it to management
